Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, diabetes, and continuous EEG monitoring needs
- Titrate critical drips including Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications
- Collaborate with a charge nurse and patient care techs in a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Valid driver's license for mileage verification
- No artificial nails in patient care areas
- Minimum 90% pass on open-book skills exam during orientation
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to titrate and manage multiple IV drips
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity units
