Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality head and neck, whole body, and some procedure sonography exams using GE and Phillips equipment
Collaborate with a supportive team of 4 technologists in a 4-room department (2 outpatient, 2 inpatient) to complete 30-40 studies per 10-hour shift
Utilize EPIC and McKesson PACS for accurate documentation and image management
Work closely with in-house radiologists and lead tech to ensure exceptional patient care
Start IVs? Not required – focus solely on scanning expertise

Qualifications

Active BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential required
Must have proven experience with head and neck scans and body scanning
OB certification is a plus and will make you stand out
Experience with EPIC and McKesson PACS preferred
Comfortable operating GE and Phillips ultrasound equipment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in head and neck, whole body, and interventional sonography procedures
Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced imaging department
Ability to adapt to a flexible overnight schedule and rotating weekend call
