Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling and self-scheduling options

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric and adult physical therapy services
Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy
Occasionally assist with acute inpatient therapy as needed
Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and supervisor

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification
Pediatric experience is a must
Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult populations

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric outpatient therapy
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient-family interaction
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
