Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse orthopedic and general variety patient population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with rehab aides and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Orthopedic experience is a plus
- Acute inpatient experience helpful but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatment techniques
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a small-town clinic setting
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented with a flexible attitude
