Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for residents in a supportive environment
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized living space, promoting a positive atmosphere
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required
Compassionate, reliable, and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and resident care procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
