Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM (Night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical nursing skills including medication administration
Wound care and infection control knowledge
Patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
Electronic health records proficiency
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
