Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
- Collaborate with PT and Speech Therapy teams to deliver comprehensive rehab care
- Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
- Document progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Support patients through every step of their recovery journey
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Open to first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- Cerner EMR experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
