Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of about 12 patients daily
- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and general conditions in a welcoming small-town setting
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to create meaningful rehab plans
- Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to expand your impact across the care continuum
- Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable treating a broad mix of orthopedic and general cases
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient PT assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to manage a busy schedule while delivering high-quality, individualized care
- Flexibility to step into acute inpatient coverage when the team needs an extra hand
- Friendly, professional communication with patients and colleagues alike
