Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call as needed, averaging 12 days per month including at least one weekend (Friday 5:30 PM - Monday 7:00 AM), 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for cardiac and peripheral procedures including PCI and STEMI cases
Assist cardiologists with all invasive cardiac procedures and peripheral interventions
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for diagnostic and interventional cases
Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes to support emergent cases

Qualifications

RCIS certification required
BLS certification required
2 years of cath lab experience required
Must have scrub experience for PCI and STEMI procedures
Ability to scrub both cardiac and peripheral cases

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of cardiac and peripheral invasive procedures
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 8 cases per day on average
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and quick response times
