Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for upper extremity conditions
- Help patients recover from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Provide care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, and rehab settings
- Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
- Create personalized treatment plans that restore function and independence
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience with upper extremity focus
- Hands-on experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedics and upper extremity therapy
- Shoulder, wrist, and elbow rehabilitation
- Fracture and tendonitis management
- Lymphedema training is a plus
- ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
- Patient-centered care across multiple settings
