Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Deliver wound care, orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation services
- Collaborate with nursing staff and therapy team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
- Document care accurately and maintain strong communication with the care team
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification required
- Wound care experience preferred but not required
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in treating general orthopedic injuries, fractures, and sports-related conditions
- Comfortable managing wound care and post-surgical patients
- Able to handle a mix of neurological and debility cases
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
