Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Start Date: 06-01-2026
End Date: 08-31-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional weekends, holidays, and limited call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures with precision and care
- Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and compassionately
- Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology teams to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging
- Operate GE and Phillips equipment while maintaining high-quality imaging standards
- Document studies thoroughly using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
Qualifications
- ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
- Active Washington state license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
- Comfortable starting IVs and working independently
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of nuclear medicine procedures and protocols
- Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
- Skilled in operating GE and Phillips imaging equipment
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and accuracy
