Shift Type: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
Support residents and families with education and emotional encouragement
Document clinical information accurately to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Wound care and infection control
Patient assessment and vital-sign monitoring
Electronic health record proficiency
Team collaboration and time management
