Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with vision and compassion
• Mentor nursing staff while enhancing clinical competencies and building positive culture
• Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support with moderate sedation
• Manage vasoactive drips and critical care interventions across cardiac and respiratory patients
• Ensure seamless floating support across departments while maintaining exceptional care standards
• Monitor telemetry strips and guide staff in accurate rhythm interpretation every four hours

Qualifications

• Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year of management experience
• 1 year of clinical leadership experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
• Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
• Critical care and telemetry experience with vasoactive drip management
• Strong communication skills and passion for developing nursing teams

• Vasoactive drip titration and moderate sedation administration
• Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures knowledge
• Staff development and culture-building leadership abilities
• Floating flexibility across Cath Lab and ICU environments
