Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma center
Manage mechanical ventilation using advanced equipment including PB 840, PB 980, and Hamilton C1 vents
Deliver specialized NICU respiratory support while collaborating closely with physicians
Cover all facility areas including ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Make independent clinical judgments that directly impact patient outcomes
Work alongside a respected and friendly multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
ND state license required
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Mechanical ventilation management across all age groups
Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics equipment
Level II trauma and critical care environments
Neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory protocols
Independent clinical decision-making
