Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for each case
Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures with precision and attention to detail
Maintain sterile technique and follow all safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Collaborate with charge nurses and specialty leads to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech
BLS certification required
Experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and ability to work in high-volume OR settings

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing techniques for a wide range of surgical specialties
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Ability to handle 20-30 cases per day in a busy surgical environment
Comfortable working in a 6-suite OR with hybrid room capabilities
