Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy to patients recovering from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries
Help patients regain strength and mobility through targeted upper extremity rehabilitation
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Support patients across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Hands, elbow, and shoulder therapy expertise
Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Lymphedema training is a plus
