Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in critical situations
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide timely interventions
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Previous ER or acute care experience is a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing protocols
- Triage and rapid assessment
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic health record documentation
- Patient advocacy and communication
