Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation, Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM and Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 1-hour response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans serving approximately 18 patients daily
Operate Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment with precision and care
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses as needed to support patient care
Participate in call rotation ensuring rapid 1-hour response for urgent cases
Precept and mentor new team members when opportunities arise
Maintain exceptional imaging standards while adapting to varying patient volumes

Qualifications

Current state license required for Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
MRI specialty certification and clinical expertise
Ability to respond within 1 hour for call coverage
Strong commitment to attendance and reliability

Knowledge & Skills

MRI imaging protocols and safety procedures
Siemens Avanto 1.5T scanner operation
Patient care and positioning techniques
Quality assurance and image optimization
Multi-campus workflow coordination
