Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to help patients reach their goals
Educate patients and families on techniques to support continued improvement

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Swallowing evaluation and therapy techniques
Patient documentation and care planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Patient and family education
