Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess and treat individuals recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercises
Document progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and adaptive equipment
Electronic medical records documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Patient and family education
