Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
Support patients in achieving their daily living goals
Document progress and celebrate every win along the way
Build genuine connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others live their best lives

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in adaptive techniques and assistive devices
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations
Organized and detail-oriented with documentation
Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
