Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of about 12 patients each day
- Blend your outpatient expertise with occasional acute inpatient support when the team needs an extra hand
- Collaborate with a lively crew of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs to create well-rounded rehab plans
- Help patients of all ages recover from orthopedic injuries and everyday movement challenges in a small-town setting
- Build meaningful connections while working inside a welcoming athletic-club clinic environment
Qualifications
- Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Acute inpatient exposure is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfort treating a wide variety of orthopedic and general cases
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to adapt treatment plans for mixed ortho and general patient populations
- Clear communication and patient-education skills
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to pitch in on acute coverage
