Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued and safe

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance techniques
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Effective communication with residents and care teams
Documentation and reporting skills
