Respiratory Therapist
Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases
- Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in our level 2 nursery
- Draw ABGs and assist with intubations to support critical patient needs
- Set up BiPAP and ventilators while delivering neb treatments with precision
- Stand by for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Collaborate with a lead therapist on every shift for guidance and support
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT credential accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP management
- Competent ventilator skills for adult and neonatal patients
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
- Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup expertise
- ABG draws and neb treatment administration
- Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
- Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older infants
