Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy that helps patients regain independence and confidence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful care plans
- Support patients across inpatient rehab, sub-acute, and outpatient settings
- Guide patients through recovery from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment where every win counts
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and rotating holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and peds
- Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable with swallow studies (preferred for OT)
