Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in critical situations
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to stabilize patients
- Administer medications and monitor responses in real time
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous ER or critical care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and decision-making skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing protocols and procedures
- Rapid patient assessment techniques
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic health record documentation
- Team collaboration under pressure
