Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans to help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license required
Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Speech, language, and swallowing assessment
Individualized treatment planning
Patient and family education
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Accurate documentation and progress tracking
