Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49.58 - $34.71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws with care and precision
- Support patient comfort during every collection
- Maintain proper specimen handling and labeling
- Collaborate with the lab team to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure
- Active CPR and BLS certifications
- Minimum three months experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician
- Comfortable performing 30-40 blood draws
- Bilingual skills in English, Spanish, or Tagalog are a plus
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Strong phlebotomy techniques
- Medical terminology proficiency
