Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both locations
- Precept new staff members and share your expertise with the team
- Handle trauma cases, total joints, and complex specialty procedures with confidence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Proven robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
- Strong background circulating CABGs and craniotomies
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery cases
- Comfortable with both Mako and DaVinci robotic platforms
- Skilled in trauma, total joints, and open procedures
- Strong communication and precepting abilities
- Reliable and committed to consistent attendance
