Location: Honakaa, Hawaii
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Variable schedule, 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver professional occupational therapy services across SNF, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Help patients achieve their highest level of independence and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient population
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapy license (or must apply upon acceptance)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 6 months experience in Acute, SNF, Rehab Hospital, or Outpatient settings with adults
- At least 1 year of overall experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with a variety of adult patient populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Meditech experience a plus)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs
