Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Respond swiftly to critical situations using your ACLS, PALS, and TNCC training
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in a Level 4 trauma facility
- Float to support other units when needed, broadening your clinical experience
- Deliver patient-centered care while meeting the demands of a busy ER environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington or Multi-State compact license
- Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience
- Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications
- Willingness to float as needed and cover holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort working with telemetry and med-surg overflow patients
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift times and patient volumes
