Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment is ready for procedures
- Assist surgeons during a variety of cases including total joints, spine, and urology
- Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Support high-volume ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases with precision and focus
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-time surgical tech experience required
- BLS certification required
- Hands-on experience with ortho, vascular, and general surgery procedures
- Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
