Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy that helps residents regain strength and mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Document progress and adjust care plans to meet individual goals
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
Qualifications
- Current PT or DPT license in New Jersey
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in evaluating and treating a variety of patient conditions
- Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to create individualized therapy programs
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent documentation habits
