Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Single-scrub cardiac procedures with precision and care
Support a variety of surgical specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn when cardiac cases are light
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for each case
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Surgical Tech certification
Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
Ability to adapt across multiple surgical specialties
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac surgery scrubbing expertise
Knowledge of ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn procedures
Operating room protocols and sterile technique
Equipment preparation and case support
