Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours total

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Respond quickly and effectively to trauma, burns, and critical cases
Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, mid-levels, and support staff
Float between multiple ER locations to support patient needs across the system
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with confidence
Maintain sterile technique during procedures and skills validations

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ATCN preferred
Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 Trauma Center
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in fast-paced ER settings
Ability to read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips
Competence in sterile technique for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
Comfortable floating between multiple ER facilities
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
