Shift Type: Self-scheduling, Days or Nights, 12-hour shifts including 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate emergency care to 80-90 patients daily
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage to prioritize critical needs
- Manage trauma, stroke, sepsis, CHF, and cardiac emergencies with confidence
- Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers for seamless patient care
- Float to qualified units when needed to support the broader team
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC certifications
- Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills
