Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across your assigned geographic region
Help patients regain independence with activities of daily living after strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
Complete OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with government-mandated requirements
Collaborate with PT and Speech colleagues to provide comprehensive home-based rehab care
Support patients and families with education and adaptive strategies for lasting recovery

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Home health experience preferred but not required
Cerner EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for ortho, stroke, and spinal injury patients
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Excellent documentation and time-management abilities
Compassionate communication with patients and families
