Location: Battle Creek, Michigan

Start Date: 06-08-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to participants with compassion and expertise
Triage emergent situations using advanced clinical judgment
Monitor acute and chronic conditions in partnership with Primary Care Providers
Create and implement individualized care plans for clinic and home settings
Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed
Conduct regular home visits for wound care, lab draws, and assessments

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license required
BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum one year experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
Home care experience preferred
Wound care experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver's license

Education

Associate degree in Nursing required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Direct nursing care and triage expertise
Care planning and medication administration
Wound care and home health experience
Ability to work independently with complex clinical situations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
