Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
- Assist surgeons during neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics cases
- Maintain sterile fields and anticipate the needs of the surgical team
- Collaborate with charge nurses and managers to deliver exceptional patient care
- Support trauma cases with quick response times and expert technique
Qualifications
- Active Washington state license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
- Trauma experience strongly preferred
- Epic EMR experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to handle 30-40 cases per day across multiple specialties
- Comfortable with robotics and trauma procedures
- Quick response time for call (20 minutes for trauma, 30 minutes for non-trauma)
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced 11-suite OR environment
