Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate telemetry nursing care to adult patients with cardiac monitoring needs
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding quickly to changes
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active RN license (California license preferred)
Telemetry experience or comfort working with cardiac monitoring
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
Medication administration and IV therapy
Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to respond calmly in urgent situations
