Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 36 hours guaranteed per week

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor vital signs with precision to ensure newborn and mother safety
Administer medications expertly, making a real difference in recovery
Provide compassionate perineal care, supporting mothers through their journey
Educate parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding to empower families

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital Postpartum/Mother-Baby experience
Active BLS and NRP certifications
Compassionate, patient team player with strong communication skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in postpartum and mother/baby unit care
Flexibility with scheduling and quick adaptation to new situations
Proficiency with Meditech/CPN EMR systems and unit equipment
