Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Silver City Care Center
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident quality of life
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and safety

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
State or federal issued ID and photo badge ready for compliance
Ready to bring your nursing passion to a new community

Education

Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
Team collaboration in long-term care settings
