Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess functional abilities and develop innovative treatment strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver hands-on interventions that make real differences in daily lives
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques for lasting success

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
BLS certification
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
Compassionate approach with strong clinical skills

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
NBCOT certification highly valued

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Skilled in patient evaluation and progress tracking
Proficiency with adaptive equipment and assistive devices
Excellent communication for building patient rapport
