Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and craft personalized treatment plans that transform patient lives across inpatient, long-term care, Alzheimer's, home health, and outpatient settings
Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, top-notch care
Manage patient caseloads from start to finish with compassion and precision
Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with physicians and families to drive positive outcomes
Counsel patients and families with empathy, supporting them through every step of recovery

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license in Colorado
BLS/BCLS certification
Even with less than 1 year of experience, your passion for patient care shines through

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient care management and occupational therapy
Strong documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Effective communication and teamwork in rehabilitation settings
