Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Casa Real
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
State or federal issued ID and photo badge ready
Local candidate preferred for immediate ASAP start

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Medication administration expertise
Patient monitoring and vital signs proficiency
Effective communication with residents and team
Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
