Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour day or night shifts (3 shifts per week, 36 hours) + 2 call shifts per 4-week roster period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-acuity care in a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio ICU
Utilize advanced equipment like Meditech to monitor and treat critically ill patients
Float to other critical care and step-down units when needed to support the team
Respond swiftly during call shifts to make a real difference in patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license (apply upon acceptance, required by start)
BLS and ACLS certifications
NIH Stroke Scale certification (or complete during orientation)

Education

Knowledge & Skills

3+ years of intensive care experience
Proficiency in ICU procedures and critical care protocols
Flexibility for day/night shifts and floating
