Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with on-call rotation (1 night every 2 weeks, every 5th-6th weekend, holidays)

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in diverse surgical procedures across general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, OBGYN, podiatry, urology, and dental
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environments for optimal patient outcomes
• Support surgical teams during procedures to deliver exceptional care
• Respond promptly to on-call duties, staying within 30 minutes of the facility
• Maintain equipment and supplies to uphold the highest standards of safety

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• State of Iowa Mandatory Reporter training
