Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: PM Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond promptly to call lights ensuring residents feel supported
Assist with essential activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers to promote dignity and comfort
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nurses for timely care
Obtain vital signs, weights, and other key information to maintain health standards
Meet resident needs swiftly while upholding safety and reporting any concerns like abuse or neglect

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant certification (must be current and maintained)
Current BLS certification
1+ years of related work experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in resident care and ADLs
Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
Excellent observation and reporting abilities
Commitment to safety and compassionate service
