Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Casa Real
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications with precision
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for those who need it most
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- COVID-19 vaccine or documented exemption
- State or federal issued ID and photo badge ready
- Local candidate preferred for this role
Education
- Completion of accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Medication administration expertise
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Familiarity with long-term care settings
